1)Open up Elements

2)Go to File>New>Blank File and open up a 100x100 document


3)Type your text in Century Gothic In white.

3)After that get the paintbrush and make sure you have it on black

3)Color under the layer and yo
u have the text

4)Crop it then save it as a .PNG

Here is what you should get:
