Here is How to Make a Banner Siggy:

STEP 1-
open your blank white image and the size you want for your banner siggy.

STEP2-
open up an image or get a background and drag the image/background into the blank white image. After you drag it, the image will be the background you wanted for your banner siggy.

STEP3-
Put the text into the banner siggy which is the blank file, and type in whatever you want it to say with the font you have.

STEP4-
You may add pixel lines and decorations.
